Off Road and Dirt Trail Bicycle Touring Tires in 700c
and 26 inch. Don't let mud, rocks or gravel spoil a
traffic-free mountain bike tour.

Off road bicycle touring tires need to be extra strong to
survive a loaded bike on rough dirt roads and trails. I like to remove my
fenders and use a super wide tire. Knobby tread is optional. I like
panniers or saddle bags for off-road touring, but a lot of touring cyclists
prefer one wheel
suspension paired with a two wheeled
bike tour trailer. Finding a wide
700c is not easy but see below for my recommendations.
