Women's specific touring bicycle frame

Almost everything in the cycling marketplace is made to fit men. Besides cute cycling clothes for women and a few pieces of gear like Terry Saddles, the industry has a long way to go. Women have different proportions than men so it makes sense that bicycle touring frames would have a different geometry. Generally speaking, women have longer legs and shorter torsos compared to men, so bikes with shorter top tubes with the same seat tube would work better. This is one reason to consider paying for a custom built frame.

This adds to the problem of buying a high-end touring bicycle. Usually they're bought over the phone from a man selling touring bikes meant for men. I have seen road bikes made just for women so why not touring bikes? Maybe one exists that I don't know about.
