This tree was bigger than me.

Gully ferns near Russell Falls, there are platypuses in that stream, somewhere.

Russell falls at low flow.

The trail to the tall trees walk.

Horseshoe falls, easy to see why they called it that.

Cindie estimating the height of a tall tree, it was 51 meters or about 390 feet.

This tree is wider than the length of a small car.

Land of the giant trees, the only tree bigger is the redwoods in California.

This tree is well over 200 years old.

Gully ferns fill all the waterways.

This fern is taller than Tim who is 1.93 meters or 6 feet 4 inches tall.

The tall trees walk also had lots of baby trees too.

Some of the fallen logs went on forever.

These cabins are located near the ski field on Mount Field, near Dobson Lake.

A great place to have lunch in the alpine country.

Dobson Lake.

This area is usually swampy but the drought has made it dry here too.

A barred Bandicoot, near our campsite.

Cindie is asleep on the table to the left.
