Yes, you can, after
you purchase our Image License Agreement. This is really the intention of royalty free images; to give you access to
images that you can use in printed and commercial production.
This is true providing the end user of your product is
restricted from obtaining direct access to the image files. In other
words, you cannot bundle a copy of image files with your product for your
customers to use. Or if you are releasing a CD-ROM, the end-user must be
restricted from copying the image files directly to their computer. In other
words, you can not sell our images as stand alone content, but as content
that supplements the product you are selling.
The purchase of our
image license agreement grants you, the purchaser, a
single-user license. The license is valid only for your use. In other words,
it's just like a software license, you cannot manufacture or copy our
images and sell them etc.
If you are a book
publisher you can use our images in your book. You can use our images in
commercial or noncommercial videos, brochures,
newsletters, magazines, websites, ezines, and
school projects. You can sell your product containing our images
with no additional licensing fees due us.

After you obtain permission from Down The
Road Publishing LLC. You need to save our image(s) from Down The Road.org
to your hard drive or web server. Never repeatedly load an image from our
server, this is called bandwidth theft. After you save our image to your
hard drive or web server it should not be loaded from our server after that. For
example, if you have an online publication like an ezine, website, or eBook the
image needs to load from your web server. We frequently change the names
of our online images to combat bandwidth theft.
You do not
automatically have permission from other people photographed. With the
purchase of a license we give you permission to use images of Tim and/or
Cindie Travis as long as the slander and endorsement restrictions are met.
The user bares all responsibility and liability when using images, and is
responsible for obtaining permission for the use of images of people.

name place and/or label pictures with incorrect information. Some
descriptions may be inaccurate or misspelled and the user has the responsibility

The term "copyright free" is sometimes used to describe
royalty free image. This is incorrect. When you purchase a royalty
free image from us, you are buying a license to use the content along with
other media in your own production.
Down The Road Publishing LLC remains the copyright holder.
The purchaser of one of our images buys a license to use the
image in their production.
