Photograph Use License Agreement
Permission to use (up to a specific number) photographs
from www.downtheroad.org
This License Agreement is granted to the person whose name appears on the
purchase information and is valid from the date of purchase for the lifetime
of the purchaser. The photographer (Tim or Cindie Travis) who took each
photograph is the owner of the copyright. www.DownTheRoad.org photographs
are not in the public domain. We reserve the exclusive rights to distribute
these copyrighted images as stock, art, or news photographs. None of the
images or a derivative of the images on www.DownTheRoad.org may be
copyrighted.
When you purchase Photograph Use License Agreement from Down The Road
Publishing LLC, the photograph is licensed, not sold, to you by Down The
Road Publishing LLC, for non-exclusive, commercial use in print, web,
multimedia, and presentation, etc. You may use the photograph(s) with
visuals, text or other multimedia content in a commercial or non-commercial
production without any additional licensing fees.
You may produce and sell a product that contains a photograph from the
DownTheRoad.org web site without any additional licensing fees providing the
end user of your product is restricted from obtaining direct access to the
photograph for personal use. For example, you can mass produce and market a
book which incorporates our photograph, but you cannot make available or
bundle a copy of our photograph(s) on a CD/DVD or web site for your
customers to edit, copy, or use as they wish.
To be sure you are using the photograph correctly within
the license agreement; just make sure to use the photograph in the
background or in a supporting/secondary way. As long as our photograph is
not the main content of your product, you are using the photograph correctly

Please use the following crediting guidelines on any production that
utilizes photographs from the Down The Road Publishing LLC web site. Credits
will be given to Down The Road Publishing LLC when any other credits appear
and where deemed suitable - i.e. “Photograph taken by Tim Travis, Down The

For some situations, we realize that crediting is not always possible.
